Rec Optionals Team
Naydenov is now offering a new program perfect for the older more experienced gymnast and/or the gymnast who wants to increase their skill level within a competitive environment.
Rec-Optional gymnastics is offered in the state of Washington for those gymnast’s that want to compete but don’t want the huge commitment.
There are 2 levels of competition Beginner and Advanced. This team will practice anywhere from 3-6 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (optional practice).

"Remembering Mandy's Purpose". Mandy never passed anyone living on the street without stopping to give them something; whether it was some change, something to eat, a hand warmer, or just a friendly smile. She always wanted to let them know they mattered. Mandy was an organ donor and told her mom, “I don’t understand how anyone wouldn’t want to save a life after they die.” And so she did…many lives were saved the night Mandy died.
