This is a parent-participation class, in which the teacher teaches the parent and the parent teaches the child. They learn development of attention span, body management, and understanding of concepts. They will learn to follow directions with the help of parents and responding to basic structure. They work on hand-eye coordination, rolls, jumping, running and much more. |

Development of strength, sequencing and responding to visual cues are emphasized at this level. Children learn rolls, beginning handstand positions, leaps, body positions, names of skills, and much more. The student can do a backward roll down a wedge-shaped mat, a seat drop on the trampoline, and is ready to learn cartwheels. |
