FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY:   All students are to be picked up/dropped off at the Teal floor. Water bottles and personal belongings go in the cubbies.  Students must be picked up on time, no child is to be left alone or unsupervised at any time as Naydenov Gymnastics will not be held responsible for their safety after class. Please be considerate as our coaches have classes that immediately follow their classes.

OBSERVATION AREA: You are welcome to view your child’s class from the upstairs mezzanine or the downstairs lobby area. Please be considerate of others that are waiting as well. We appreciate your efforts to keep this area clean for your comfort. For your convenience, free wireless internet is available in the waiting area.

WAIVERS:   Registration release forms must be signed and renewed annually for any person participating in classes at Naydenov Gymnastics. Participation Waivers are for parents in parent tot classes, open gym participants, birthday party participants, and visitors that are entering any part of the gym area. All open gym participants and especially adults require a signed waiver and safety orientation from one of our staff before using any equipment in the gym. Adults are not allowed on equipment during birthday parties.

CLASS SIZES:   If only your student shows up for class, it will be considered a private lesson, and the class might run only 1/2 or 2/3 of the scheduled time.  We limit enrollment in the preschool classes to 7 to 1, parent tot and teams 10 to 1, and an 8 to 1 ratio for most of the other classes. We aim for the best quality in our classes when assigning a maximum class size to a particular class.

PAYMENT: Payment is due by the Sunday prior to the session start date or by the student’s first class. We accept cash, check or debit cards at our front office or you can pay online with Visa, Master Card, or by ACH also known as eCheck. If you pay with cash, please ask for a receipt. If payment is more than 6 days late then a $5.00 late fee will be charged to your account. Any account that needs collection activity may be subject to additional fees.  Refunds are only given for the next payment session. Once a session has started, no credits or refunds will be given for that session.  There is a $15 charge for returned checks.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: If you miss a class we allow you to make it up in another class or open gym within 30 days, but you must be currently enrolled in a class to do make ups.  We will not credit the missed class to the next session.  When signing up for make-ups you must indicate when your student missed class.  If you are mistaken about days missed your account will be subsequently charged. There will be no make ups for competitive teams or performance teams.

Our drop forms are located near the office.
